Once you've confirmed the order and approved the deposit, the factory will begin manufacturing your piece! Special orders can be cancelled; however once the initial deposit is approved it will NOT be refunded for any reason.

When the merchandise arrives into our warehouse, we will contact you to ship your new piece(s) immediately!

Special order items are NOT eligible for return. However, of course, any damages or defects will be repaired or replaced.
